Processing & Fulfillment Times
- Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create and print your custom items.
- Shipping: Once printed, shipping transit time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
- Total Time: Expect your order to arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
- Split Shipments: If you order multiple items (e.g., an art print and an apparel item), they may be fulfilled at different Printful facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra shipping for split packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or VAT depending on your destination country.
- These fees are calculated by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
