I absolutely have loved the responses to this painting! There have been many different interpretations. What was I thinking when painting this abstract work? The answer is only for my friends, soltanto per i miei amici.
A painter of acrylic, oil, and/or mixed media, themes of feminine beauty, strength, and power have always been prevalent in Lisa’s art. Since embracing motherhood in the 90’s, the wonder of womanhood has become an even more essential part of her current pieces.
The use of bright colors and ever apparent orbs, dots, circles, and bright colors all symbolize life and joy. Universal themes of spirituality, sensuality, and beauty are expressed in her work.
