Orders & Fulfillment

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    • It takes 2–5 business days to print and hand-pack your items. Shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days total.
    • Different items (like apparel and art prints) are printed at different Printful facilities. They will often ship separately to get to you as fast as possible. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.Why did only part of my order arrive?\
  • Will I be charged extra shipping if my order arrives in multiple packages?
    • No. If your order ships from different Printful facilities, you will not be charged any additional shipping for the split packages.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    • Because your order is automatically sent to our printing partner, changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. Please email us immediately if you need to modify your order.

Products & Art Quality

  • Are the colors exact?
    • We use high-quality, professional printing methods. However, because different phone and computer screens display colors differently, minor shifts in shade and vibrance can occur.
  • Do prints come framed?
    • Please read the product description carefully. Unless explicitly stated in the product title or dropdown selection, art prints are sold unframed and shipped in protective tubes or flat mailers.

Shipping & Returns

  • Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
    • Because everything is custom-printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please consult our size charts before purchasing.
    • We will gladly replace any item damaged in transit or misprinted. Send an email with your order number and clear photos of the defect within 14 days of delivery, and we will ship a free replacement.What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
  • What if my package is lost in transit?
    • If your tracking shows no movement or your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us right away. Lost package claims must be submitted within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Commissions & Custom Work

  • Do you take custom art commissions?
    • Lisa does accept select custom commissions depending on her current schedule and the project scope. Please use our main site’s contact form to share your idea, preferred dimensions, and timeline.
